Primary server's Internet link:
This is the speed of the connection from the Primary Server to the Internet.

Multi-Site Index Page:
This page is served if FireSite cannot determine which virtual Web site a visitor is looking for. This page should contain hyperlinks to all of the Web sites on this server.

Disk Info Cache Time: seconds
This is how often FireSite will check the Primary Server's hard disk for file changes.
10 seconds is good while editing files. 1800 seconds (30 minutes) lets FireSite serve pages with less frequent disk access.

RAM to Use for File Cache: K
This is the amount of RAM used to accelerate local files; should be at least 256K (1500-2000K is best). This memory is taken from the Web server at startup time; you may want allocate more memory to the Web server program. Changes do not take effect until the Web server program is restarted.

Welcome Mat Reset Time minutes
After this many minutes of inactivity, visitors will be brought in through the Welcome Mat page (if enabled). Values less than 10 minutes may be extremely annoying to your visitors. One hour (60 minutes) or more is recommended.

Click here to reset the 'Welcome Mat' timer for all visitors.
This is useful for repeatedly testing Welcome Mat pages.

"Gravity Zones" for Main Server
This lets you define certain 'zones' (domains or IP subnets) that always load their graphics from the main Web server. You should designate your own IP subnet as a gravity zone so that all your 'local' machines get their graphics directly from the main server, and not from a remote replication server.
"Gravity Zone"Description
Use domain.com for domain name matching,
123.45.67, 123.45 or 123 for partial IP matching,
/255.255.255.192 for subnet matching, or
123.45.67.89/255.255.255.192 for IP/subnet matching.
